Are you licensed?
We are fully licensed and insured. Our licenses cover real estate management. We also carry errors and omissions, general liability, and workers compensation insurance. -
Can I reach you after hours?
For emergency maintenance, a member of our team is available 24/7 to take calls and begin the process of stopping further damage and scheduling mitigation. For inquiries on available properties, we have a system that is able to respond and schedule showings 24/7/365. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes. We actually prefer this method for security and convenience. We will mail paper checks for owner disbursements upon request. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
As your agent, you do not need to sign the lease. We DO provide copies of the lease for your records. -
How and when do I get my checks?
Owner disbursements are processed between the 8th and the 15th. The exact date varies based on weekends and bank holidays. Owners will receive an email when the owner disbursement is processed. -
How is rent collection handled?
A majority of our rent collection is done online. This is the fastest, easiest, and most accurate way. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Leases are typically twelve months in length, and requests for shorter or longer leases will be approved by the owner of the property. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Per Alabama state law, the security deposit can be up to one full month's rent. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We're ready when you're ready! As soon as the property management agreement is signed, we will begin our services. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage single family homes, multi-family properties, and commercial real estate. -
Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
No, you are not required to make your property available to Section 8 voucher holders.
