Log into your owner portal to view statements & more, such as:
- Download owner statements
- View rent collection and processing
- Track payment of maintenance vendor bills
- Upload owner contributions to cover maintenance vendor bills over a predetermined amount
On an annual basis, you will also receive the following:
- Tax statements and 1099s
- Annual summary owner statement
